Lisa Brown - Instructional Designer

Lisa Brown has over 20 years of proven leadership and training experience in corporate, manufacturing, medical and services industries throughout the United States. Those strong skills have translated well into years of designing, implementing and facilitating training programs to meet the needs of the current business environment.

Lisa has proven success in creating two exceptional corporate training universities from the ground up. Lisa evaluated the business needs, developed the curriculum, designed the programs as well as delivered high quality training programs for corporate and professional growth. As a Training Director and Instructional Designer, Lisa has developed programs that include: sales, management training, customer service, ISO 9001, interpersonal communications, human resources, employee involvement and employee retention programs.

Lisa is very involved in the community holding various leadership positions on Elementary and Middle school PTO Boards, Homeowners Association Boards as well as Coach and Manager for youth soccer and swimming. Lisa is also a competitive Masters Swimmer. Lisa has resided in the Indianapolis area for the last 16 years with her husband and two children.

Phoenix Cavalier - Instructional Designer

Phoenix Cavalier is a proactive problem solver who consistently recognizes opportunities for improvement. With nearly ten years of experience in the training and development industry he contributes a powerful training background earned through his experience in banking, customer service and sales.

As a Training Manager for Citigroup in Los Angeles, Phoenix successfully facilitated training for over 300 new hires and existing team members in an eighteen-month period. While working with Telamon Corporation in Indianapolis, he designed, developed, and facilitated programs for nationwide training initiatives. Phoenix has managed training and employee development for Verizon, Motorola, and Qwest. Additionally, he managed the roll-out of federally mandated storm water drainage policies affecting Indiana state and local government municipalities.

Deb Hart May - Instructional Designer

Debra Hart May has more than twenty years' experience in business communications consulting, professional speaking, and instructional design and development. Founder and president of the Center for Effective Communication, Inc. (established 1992), she designs instructional materials and creates cost-effective performance-improvement solutions for dozens of business clients in the health care industry, pharmaceutical, banking and federal government sectors.

She is also regularly secured to coach one-on-one and facilitate training workshops in the areas of business writing, presentation skills, and other interpersonal communication skills.

Her education includes a B.A. in English from Northwestern University, and a M.S. in Education: Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. Debra has served as president of the Indianapolis Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement and is currently serving on the board of directors for the Association of Professional Communication Consultants.

Debra has authored two books titled Proofreading Plain & Simple, and Everyday Letters for Busy People published by Career Press, Franklin Lakes, New Jersey (1997 and 1998 respectively).

Bonnie Metcalf - Instructional Design

Bonnie brings with her over 10 years of experience in the areas of instructional design, facilitation, coaching and management. She has created courses and curriculums that have focused on both technical training as well as sales, leadership and management training. She is particularly adept at listening to the needs of clients and translating those needs into performance-based learning programs. Bonnie has attained her certification in Criterion-Referenced Instruction from the Center for Effective Performance, thereby placing particular focus on linking performance objectives to the training she designs and delivers.

Bonnie has acquired experience working with a broad range of clients in both the domestic and international arenas, primarily during her tenure with Resort Condominiums International. She played a key role as one of the training project leads for the implementation of a graphical user interface during a global computer upgrade. This included responsibility for the development of all instructional materials as well coordinating the training of over 600 front-line supervisory and end-user professionals around the world. She has been an integral part of numerous other training initiatives including the development of business unit-specific sales training, new hire computer training and management-level coaching and leadership training.

Bonnie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University School of Business, with a concentration in marketing. In addition to her CRI certification, she has also been certified as an instructor in Skills for an Empowered Workforce by Development Dimensions International. She has been active in both the American Society for Training and Development as well as the International Society for Performance Improvement.

Bonnie resides in Carmel with her family and enjoys running, playing tennis and taking an active role in her most important training endeavor…raising two children!

Susan Mosey - Instructional Design

Susan is an experienced and successful Organizational Development Consultant, Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Instructional Designer. With over 18 years of business and Human Resource Management, Susan brings an array of knowledge and experience solving human relation and interaction issues in the corporate climate to her work. Susan’s corporate experience includes successful Human Resource Leadership roles. She’s a creative, big picture thinker who gets the job done and has fun doing it. Her passion lies in helping people and teams reach their potential.

Susan has been a standout in Human Resources Leadership, Training & Development and Organization Development for Roche Diagnostics and Charles Schwab & Co. Included in her accomplishments were the development and delivery of a premier Leadership Assessment and Development Center, a Training Initiative for high potential individual contributors, and Vision and Values Strategic Leadership Training and implementation for the Senior Leadership Team. In addition to Executive Coaching and Leadership Development, Susan also lends her talents and experience to developing and facilitating large and small team building initiatives. Her work spans from strategic planning with small teams to conducting creative and engaging collaboration sessions for over 800 employees.

Susan has degrees in Psychology and Computer Science and her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is formally trained and well tested in leadership and management development, team building, training design and delivery and coaching. Susan’s successes include development of new manager orientations, leadership assessments, new product launches and leadership retreats.

LeeAnn Smith - Instructional Designer

LeeAnn Smith poses 15 years of experience with a concentration in global instructional design solutions and marketing education for multiple organizations. Most recently, she managed a strategic initiative to cohesively brand and market the Bentley Institute as a profitable line of business for Bentley Systems, Inc.

LeeAnn is an innovative designer who strives to create a learning environment that is interactive, memorable, and most of all…enjoyable. Her multi-faceted experience includes the creative aspects of instructional design, as well as the business administration components of managing end-user consulting teams at customer sites.

Also, included in her portfolio of experience is SAP America, Inc. During her 8 years at SAP, LeeAnn leveraged her cross-cultural skills by orchestrating global projects and project teams with a concentration of the resources located in Germany and Latin America. LeeAnn also won several SAP awards for designing innovative training solutions, as well as for increasing customer satisfaction by implementing performance based methodologies and coordinating course material standardization.

LeeAnn earned a Bachelors of Science in Communications/Public Relations with a minor in business from the University of Pittsburgh. She also graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Masters in Education.
